You were so patient with us through the two tastings and numerous emails and we were so impressed with your flexibility, how you accommodated the many changes, and your persistence to get things right.
One of the main parts of our wedding that was very important to us and our family was the food and it was a hit. We had many guests letting us know how good the food was and I think that was also evident in how little food was left over!
