November’s Chef’s Table is a celebration of abundance—the kind of meal meant to be shared, passed around, and lingered over.
We’re bringing together some of the richest flavors of the Caribbean for our most generous menu yet: Haitian turkey in sauce, crisp tassot with pikliz, slow-braised oxtail over djon djon rice, family-style sides, and plenty of bites to start.
