This session proves the vegetables have always been the story. Featuring accra, legumes, sos pwa frans, bèrèjèn gratiné, and more — a full exploration of Caribbean plant-based cooking presented in a guided, multi-course tasting format.
Each course is rooted in tradition and designed to show the depth and complexity of Haitian cuisine beyond the meat.
