This month: Haitian Cookout, on World Cup opening night for Haiti.
Step into a different kind of cookout. This month’s Chef’s Table brings the energy of a Haitian backyard indoors — ribs, epis-marinated wings, Haitian mac & cheese, and more — as a guided, multi-course tasting. The timing is no accident: June 13 marks Les Grenadiers’ return to the World Cup stage for the first time in 52 years. We eat our way through the evening and share the opening whistle together.
Expect a balance of crispy, savory, fresh, and bright — each element intentionally paired, with house-made pikliz tying it all together.
